* Voice and data roaming can be disabled now .
* Assistant touch features for iPad are unlocked .
* Location based services are improved a lot comparing to its 2nd beta .

And some bugs has been also fixed as it is a beta version . As a result , this beta version of iOS 5 works nicely with iPad , iPhone , iPod Touch as well as in Apple TV . In order to download it , you should have a developers account .
